We were here last week had a appointment. They had no clue how to check us in. Thought we had to pay. It was a DOT appointment go here every year the two doctors in there we so clueless. Kept the patient in there for two hours made the patient so stressed out they failed their Blood pressure test for the DOT card. Have to come back to this unorganized hot mess in a few moths and pay for a follow up. Funny how if you are late or don’t show they’ll charge you $20 but it’s totally acceptable for them to have you arrive 5 minutes early just to wait another hour and 15 minutes before being seen by a doctor. An no one was at the front desk the entire time. Ridiculous.
The absolutely worst pharmacy in greeley!!! They will charge your card without authorizing it and claim they don’t have a card on file to do such a thing.
They never have prescriptions ready on time, and they also never answer their phone.
King Soopers employee's do their best, so stop being petty with them, and just support them. Treat them like human beings. Current issue is the strike. Theses people never shut down before, they are just asking for a living wage in Denver. Stood in line today with a dozen other people with only one person helping us.it was 4pm, c'mon guys, it is busy at this time always.why not have more help?people have been complaining for years, I know, used to work there.
The worst pharmacy ever! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They can't communicate with Doctors or insurance companies worth a shit. There follow up with patients is horrible and if you can avoid them I would . If I could rate them lower than a #1 I most certainly would.
The worst Pharmacy ever ! They never answer the phone they screw up on communicating with the doctors etc. If you can avoid this pharmacy do it, until they change staff ( Pharmacist ) etc. completely un-professional. If I could rate it lower than a 1 I would.
Well I waited a week for my T dap shot specifically to not get my newborn sick. Waited 30min in line (5 people in front and behind me) for my appointment and was told covid vac walk in patients are more of a priority. Woooooow thanks for nothing. Why have me schedule to just be told to fuck off for walk ins. Great job 👏
