I had my Dr call in a refill of a prescription to your pharmacy. As of January my employer changed insurance providers. I was told that w/o insurance it would be $227.99. No worries, this is my new Insurance- Anthem. I was told that King Soopers wasn’t an approved pharmacy. I needed to go to an approved pharmacy. WHAT?? But then the good part of this review. I’ve been getting my prescriptions for here for years and years, over 20. The customer service has gone downhill over the last 6 months. They are rude and condescending. Not that you care, but you just lost a long time customer who will be taking her five prescriptions elsewhere. You should probably talk to your pharmacist and remind her that she chose to work in a store working with other people.
