I’ve been to Ghetto Walmarts with better customer services than this Kingsooper.
It is Friday at 4:30 and they said there customer service desk is closed rudely at that never shop there again
I went in to get a check cashed because it says they are open at 6. There was no one there at 9:10am and was told by an employee "she should be here soon".
Should update your website and let people know that your Money Service section has been closed for the last 7 weeks.
So I called, gave details of what I needed help With, then was told to go ahead and come to the store. Well it wasn't till the next day I got there but when I did I was told by the woman behind the counter that they couldn't help me. When I asked how come I wasn't told this when I called? I was told that I didn't call because had I actually called there then I would've been told what she was telling me. I felt this to be very rude, maybe she was just having a bad day.
