Absolutely unacceptable! The associate who answered the phone sighed and said, "You're all showing up at the same time!" The same woman then came out to my car muttering and was almost incomprehensible. She removed her mask while she was handling my groceries, rubbed her running nose with her hands, then proceeded to put my unbagged bananas in the car. Ordered groceries on Tuesday couldn’t pick them up until today. Between Tuesday and today King Soopers decided to remove all their Easter products from their inventory on click list. I had ordered some Easter things for my grandchildren you just removed them from my grocery order in addition to that I had ordered other things . if you don’t have things in stock you get a text asking if you can do substitutions. I bought this on Thursday May 16th 2019 at the King Soopers on 35th Ave. The sell by date was 06/19/2019 I opened it half way and ate one of the cheese sticks then I opened the package fully and the second cheese stick was MOLDY! Pure MOLD a lot of it too. Ridiculous.
Forcing self checkout. If you want a real cashier, you must wait in a single line extending to the back of he store. Self check hurts employees: fewer hour, fewer jobs. Besides, it’s not more convenient and they are not paying customers to do the work. Construction is expanding self check.
for the love of God dont ever order for delivery from them! I've spent the last 2 hours trying to get my.money back, which btw was not suppose to be charged until I received my groceries, and was anyway. no groceries, no grocery money, hungry toddler, hungry pregnant lady....and somehow NOONE can fix it!? good customer service. NOT!
