They dont stand behind their work! I had an implant put in that is coming out and they didn't help me nor would they give me the contact info for the guy who did the work that's "no longer there". Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They were rude in 2004 and still are rude. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE STUCK WITH A PROBLEM THAT IS COSTLY TO FIX. I feel like my appointment was pointless. Nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.

This man is a smarmy troll and his employees are nothing more than airhead tarts he picks up at restaurants and clubs. My son was traumatized by his uncaring brutal bedside manner. My bank account has been raped by unnessecary treatments and procedures. This entire office is for making money not for dental health.

The staff is NOT warm/professional, infact they are the exact opposite. i was treated poorly, i had to keep calling them because they somehow kept messing up my paperwork. when i finally got the procedure done, i wanted to have ONLY 2 of my teeth extracted, i clearly told my doctor that. On the insurance paper it did say 4, but my doctor from a different office advised against it because the other teeth were healthy.when i woke up FOUR of my teeth were removed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I called to make an appointment with Dr Kallis and was given an appointment but NOT with the Dr. I wanted to see. The staff led me to believe I was seeing Dr. Kallis when in fact he is no longer at the location but now in Englewood Cliffs. How unprofessional of them to lie to patients it makes me wonder about the Dr.'s that are working there!

The staff is warm, professional, and extremely competent. I have been here for two procedures and each time left feeling happy in knowing how good of a job they do. Would definitely recommend.

Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Yes, they offered me anesthetic when appropriate Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was this provider's staff friendly? Not Really

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had anything to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
