I went to Dr. McGuire's office after having to switch after getting new dental coverage. I arrived and the young man at the front desk was very professional, but when I was called in by the dental asst. (I assume) she didnt speak to me until she had me on the chair. She took Xrays and it was the first time that butterfly xrays really hurt... and I told her so, and that seemed to fall on deaf ears. Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

I used to go to this place, it is not too bad, you ,however, need to be very careful. Even after you pay them all your co-pay, you will get so many more bills, do not pay right away, call them and make sure there is no mistake as I received several wrong bills.

They appear to be good with my child, but I have a problem with not being able to go back with my daughter. She was only 5 years old and had to have a crown for a broken tooth. I was not allowed to go back. I have a problem with that part.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here.I had a tooth removed & went under sedation. Everything went well. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? Yes, but it didn't bother me much Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them.
