Our family had a very disappointing visit to S-K's Hermitage location. The staff were rude and seemed to be in a hurry to leave for lunch. I wondered why they scheduled us for a 12 o'clock appointment, because most offices are closed for lunch. They had an attitude from the beginning. This man is a smarmy troll and his employees are nothing more than airhead tarts he picks up at restaurants and clubs. My son was traumatized by his uncaring brutal bedside manner. My bank account has been raped by unnessecary treatments and procedures. This entire office is for making money not for dental health.

So, I think I'm doing the right thing to pick a pediatric dentist for Ad's cavities. They seem so nice when I'm with my daughter, especially the doctor. That changed very quickly when it was time for them to take care of the cavities. I was surprised to find out I couldn't be in there with her. That made me really uncomfortable. I had told them if she was in any pain, come get me and I'll sign the form for sedation. An hour later she comes out shaking and crying. Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Absolutely! I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!
