Traditionally, the primary meat cooked is beef, but modern cuisine has evolved to include other meats. At King Shabu Shabu, we serve salmon, mussels, shrimp, pork, and three grades of beef: Angus ribeye choice, Angus ribeye prime and Wagyu (Kobe).

Just not a fan. Fun idea, but thought the steak was way too fatty for the price. Wasn't that thrilled the soup base either.
I like the food & the ambiance. People around me (my party included) seem to really enjoy dining there. Food is good - which is why you'd come here, right? The wait can be very very long at times - be ready to sit and wait.
One of the best restaurants in the greater Los Angeles area. Food and service are both excellent. It's worth the drive.

The service was ABSOLUTELY top notch! My glass of iced tea never got below half empty, the food was amazing, the waitress was so friendly and funny. Highly recommend this resturant. They have 2 new faithful customers from now on.
