DO NOT use Kings Services for Mold testing and cleanup. Their mold technician Rich has no customer services skills. During the testing process he told me I was "grasping at straws" and that "everyone thinks when they get sick that they have mold." Come to find out my house has high levels of mold everywhere which was the cause of me being sick for almost a year. After he told us the results it took him 5 days to email us a copy of the report. Worst company I have ever tried working with. Rich made false promises just like the owner of the company Paul. King Services owner Paul & employees are unprofessional, poor customer services, unreliable & they take no accountability for their actions.
The guy on the phone in the office is a great talker and says they are fair in price and quick to respond. Neither of which is true. They claimed I had black mold in a bedroom in my house. They tore everything out and placed a air filter machine in the room. That was fine, what wasn't fine was that they stockpiled the contaminated material in my front living room!!! I immediately fired the company and would urge you to think twice about going with this company.
