I ate at the King's on Vernon Ave today and the girl at the register had a bad attitude. She got my order wrong, then I said something to them about it and she said that's what I ordered. And they did not fix it . It will be a while before I go there again ! Too many restaurants in Kinston to eat lunch at to have to deal with that . 🙄
Wonderful food and excellent service
I purchased 6 pints of chitterlings and they were not clean. You could see the obvious filth and dirt even though they were cooked. I will never ever order from this establishment again. George Freyberger

Great shrimp burger!! I enjoy my meal every time.
Nasty place starting with a filthy entrance. Food was not hot and banana pudding was almost turned black. Definitely tell the older folks no longer run the place. Last time eating there.
