I ordered OinkExpress for my dad for Father's Day this year. He's an NC native living in southern Georgia with no access to NC style BBQ. FedEx took it upon themselves to hold the clearly marked perishable box overnight in their truck in the south Georgia heat, so by the time it reached my parents the food had spoiled. This was entirely FedEx's fault. The incredible folks at King's sent a replacement shipment free of charge, even though it wasn't their mistake. Sooooo...Today for Father's Day we surprised my dad with BBQ. Kings Restaurant BBQ from Kinston, North Carolina. Most of you know I spent two years living in Kinston. I always go out of my way to make a visit whenever I am in the state. Almost a decade ago Missy Collins got it delivered for Father's Day. I figured it was time again to do that for my dad. The BBQ from this place will set your standards almost too high for other places of similiar country style food..theres never a bad day to get some food from King's restaurant..
