Kings Roofing has been incredible to work with! Jordan went above and beyond for us. We had some issues with a public adjuster, and he stepped in right away to help. He was patient, kind, and very informative throughout the entire process, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. We have had a great experience with king roofing. Our roof suffered a lot of damage last year after a bad hail storm. Within days of the storm we had numerous companies in the area trying to replace our roof. We had picked a different company to work with, and by the time we had an adjuster from our insurance come to assess the damage, the insurance denied the roof repair. King Roofing knocked on our door one day and told us we could probably get a new roof for just our home insurance deductible. It sounded too good to be true, but after reading their reviews we decided to go through with it. We did in fact get a new roof for just our deductible! Overall the process took about a year. State Farm denied our claim at first and King Roofing had to fight them about it for a while. Jose and Enrique were great to work with, and the crew were top notch allso. They were fast, and cleaned up well, after the job. I would recommend King roofing and this crew any time. When I say this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company I am not exaggerating. I have never in my life worked with a company this dishonest and disorganized. They were in our life’s for 2 years trying to get our roof done, cleaned up after and repairs done that they broke! It was absolutely miserable! I will never work with this company ever again. And if you enjoy your sanity I encourage you not to as well.
