Jose and Enrique were great to work with, and the crew were top notch allso. They were fast, and cleaned up well, after the job. I would recommend King roofing and this crew any time. When I say this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company I am not exaggerating. I have never in my life worked with a company this dishonest and disorganized. They were in our life’s for 2 years trying to get our roof done, cleaned up after and repairs done that they broke! It was absolutely miserable! I will never work with this company ever again. And if you enjoy your sanity I encourage you not to as well.
These guys and gals are awesome. They did all the hard work of dealing with my insurance company, and were successful every step of the way. The actual roof install was fast and looks great. I am very impressed and definitely recommend these guys!
The roof looks good and the job was done in a single day, with good clean-up afterwards. If I were rating solely on costumer service, communication and timeliness of the entire process, it would be a 1. It took almost 4 months between when the salesman came to the door and when I was finally done with everything - 10 weeks between the sale and the job, plus another 6 1/2 weeks to settle the final transaction.
