If I could rate Josue higher than five stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. I am writing this because people need to know that true customer service still exists, and its name is Josue. I would not recommend King Roofing. Communication was very poor — I had to repeatedly follow up just to get updates. Even more frustrating, parts of the roof had to be redone due to poor workmanship. After dealing with a fire, the added stress of delays and rework was the last thing I needed. Very disappointing experience.
I would like to give a huge thank you to the members of King Roofing. I needed a roof replacement and was struggling with several contractors. I reached out to King Roofing and explained my situation and how concerned I was with the upcoming weather. A week later I had a new roof and couldn't have been more pleased.
King Roof replaced our roof a couple of years ago, and I wanted to leave a review based on our long-term experience. Not only was the installation great at the time, but their post-project support has been just as impressive. They’ve remained attentive and responsive whenever we’ve had questions, and they’ve fully honored their warranty. It’s rare to find a company that still stands behind their work years later. Truly dependable and trustworthy.
