During a heavy rain, I had a limb fall off a tree and put a hole in my roof and puncture my kitchen ceiling. Alejandro came out and gave me a price to do both repairs. The repairs were done in one day and the work was excellent.
We had our roof replaced a few weeks ago by King Roof, and they did an outstanding job. Jesse Guevara came out, offered a free estimate, and he was very knowledgeable and professional, and we moved forward with roof replacement. The entire process was very smooth from beginning to end. If I could rate Josue higher than five stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. I am writing this because people need to know that true customer service still exists, and its name is Josue. After a year-long battle to get my roof replaced, I can safely say that Josue is nothing short of a miracle worker. I would not recommend King Roofing. Communication was very poor — I had to repeatedly follow up just to get updates. Even more frustrating, parts of the roof had to be redone due to poor workmanship. After dealing with a fire, the added stress of delays and rework was the last thing I needed. Very disappointing experience.
