rented from this guy at an apartment in salt lake…. within a month of living there got infested with roaches, then when we move out a year later he wanted to charge us 200$ for pest control (not a big deal) but annoying bc we did everything we could…. then charged us 800$ for “paint and repairs” for normal wear and tear??? this guys a skeezer and wants to scam you for money!!! avoid this guy at all times
