I’ve known the owner Lance King for some time, and working with his team has always been great, but his Associate Venisa Portillo just killed it on the sale of my condo. Lance worked with us for the last six months to help us find the perfect house for our family. Our work schedules were are very rigid and he would meet up with us when we had availability. He was patient and understanding and never rushed us into doing anything we weren't comfortable with. Lance spent due time getting to know our requirements for the new home and did fantastic job communicating through the process, which is incredible important important in San Francisco's insanely competitive real estate market.
