I just closed a deal in Germantown as the listing agent working with Sam King. He was the Buyer’s agent. The transaction couldn’t have gone any smoother. He’s very professional, responsive and pleasant during every interaction. Sam also made sure his client was taken care of and looked out for their best interest. I would work with Sam any day and twice on Sunday.
