Always a bad experience here! Literally moved my wheelbarrow out the way and told the worker as I was doing so and he said “ok” he load pushed the first pallet back and absolutely crushed my wheelbarrow. They gaslight me into saying he told me to move it when he did not! They went to go review camera footage for 15-20 minutes and came back and offered $20 off? I don’t know how you didn’t see the wheelbarrow to begin with, but I also literally told the the dude I am moving and he said “ok” not to take it out or move it more. ... read more
Made a phone call to KRT and was told the Grass was only a couple days old. We decided to make the trip over, was surprised to see pallets of brown grass. We didn't purchase any from KRT, waited and went to a different seller. It was GREEN
Every time I use/order there is an issue!!!!! From billing to ordering being on time. Always an issue!!! Maybe it’s my luck with them but I am DONE! Quality is terrible. Not consistent. This is two days apart of going back up there to get grass and HUGE difference in quality.
Being honest, I just went and pick up grass for my brother‘s company. These people sold me a dead grass. I would definitely not recommend this place. I tried to talk to them and they told me to bring it back. You sold me this grass you’re supposed to come and pick it up and give my refund but it’s all good. I see why you got a lot of good reviews. I’ll definitely not recommend this place. 🤢🤮🤬
