To give the community an example of the professionalism of King Property, I am sharing an email chain between myself and a property manager. After this exchange, la conversation was held with the owner of the company, Eddie Parise, who refused to apologize on behalf the King Management. He said he would send an email and never did. This is one sorry company when we bought our home we was told as part of our HOA fee we will get 4 free passes every year to Big River Texas I have the documents from the home purchase to prove that what was promised however the raised the HOA fee and we have on amenities except a very very small park and the Big River Texas was a scam to get you to purchase they only give it for year 2023.
