Super positive experience with the staff! As well as, a quick and easy process of getting us into our home.
I don't want to blame "King Property Management" because sometimes it's not always the company, but rather the people the company has in certain positions. Morgan Hinds (property manager) and Cody Smith (the accountant) are walking demons. I was a tenant at Northstar for 7 years. These two demons were not in office when I first moved in. I've been renting for the last 3 years through ERA Property Management. They have always treated me with respect, and they are very considerate when there is a problem that's needs to be resolved. I'm very pleased to be associated with this company.
I have lived in a King Propert Managed home for 3 years now. Every single interaction i have had with them has been courteous and professional. The staff is extremely friendly and understanding. Any maintenence request I have ever sent has been handled quickly and the contractors sent to my home worked around my schedule and were also courteous and professional.
