Staff was friendly. Had a problem with a lane. Only one "tech" on duty. But did fix lane once freed up.
We had a great time today during my day off from work. Front desk and beverage/food staff super friendly and helpful! Attentive to us the 3 hours we were there; I personally saw them helping all other guests in a matter of seconds as we @ an entry lane. Snacks and drinks were just what we needed, generous servings. I'm no pro-bowler, but with all the pressure at work, I always love the no pressure environment, a chance to unwind with our teens, the 70's music today was a nice surprise. Went here for the first time. My hubby had been wanting to go and we live a good 30 minutes away with several closer bowling alleys. Heard good reviews about the place so why not. Main reason why I rated it a 2 is because you could tell that the lanes weren't oiled at all. Had a hard time keeping the bowl on the lane and not in the gutter. My hubby has a 200 bowling average and he was barely breaking 100. Doesn't put you in a good mood. Found it odd that they don't have Dr. Pepper but have Diet Dr. Pepper? Reserved for our party and they gave one of those lanes to another group before we got there. It all worked out, but that was a bit annoying. Then, at our area there was food on all our tables that clearly had been there for a while. Asked three times for them to remove it- ended up moving it myself. Bowling here is fun, but the weekend staff really needs to step it up. Too much confusion and going back and forth with them to get something done.
The man at the desk was so helpful and welcoming ! He really made our families experience wonderful . What would have been another day at a bowling alley became a real exciting experience for my grandsons first ever bowling day . We loved it !
