RecommendedWe were there for a Mother Son PTO event and we had a great time. I was expecting a little chaos since the event came with food and the large group we had would be a challenge but King Pin Lanes staff clearly have their stuff together. It was run very smoothly. Good job to the staff on hand. Hopefully this can be a yearly event going forward!

Unprofessional establishment
y'all are horrible at customer service. if any of my employees ever acted like any one that works here they would be fired on the spot. as for the manager refusing to talk to the customer that has a complaint, I'd be embarrassed to admit I ever hired such a spineless coward. absolutely ridiculous.

management doesn't leave much to desire, it leaves everything to be desired. Poor service and very rude employees
