I highly recommend using king physical therapy, been going there for about 3 weeks now for hip flexors issues. I have already noticed a big difference in my hip flexors flexibility and strength. The people at king physical are second too none and make the visits very enjoyable and fun.
King Physical Therapy, and specifically, Dr. Visnja King, has provided unparalleled physical therapy, and given me the tools to continue home-based therapy to the point where it has virtually ELIMINATED moderate, consistent back pain, in a very short period of time.
