My anxiety when it comes to the dentist is horrible, Dr. King and his staff were great they talked me through the procedure and kept me relaxed. Scheduling was easy and hassle free to get the needed work done. I'd definitely recommend the office for any surgical work.
I’ll be honest, some of the reviews here originally made me nervous about coming to this office, but my experience with Dr. King and his team was nothing like what I had read. My child was referred by our dentist. It took several weeks to get an appointment. His appointment was today. I received a text a couple of weeks ago stating there were several cancelations and if I wanted one for the following Monday to respond immediately. I responded, took off of work that Monday and called to find out my time to bring him in. The girl told me that all the spots were filled. Don't waste your money or your time. Went for an emergency consultation 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for a treatment plan. Communicated several times and was finally told that payment for consultation fee from insurance is pending. Wouldn't trust them to work on me; made an appt with another oral surgeon. Now having to pay another consultation fee and start over.
I went in for a consultation with Dr. King and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. I got the impression that he didn't want to be there. Not to mention that there were several people in line complaining about him botching their procedures. I decided to cancel my surgery and go elsewhere.
