I paid the initial deposit In June Only To get a text message days before my surgery that they are unable to accept my insurance for “this month” and to either reschedule the following month “September” or pay close to 400 to “be awake” or 630 to “be sleep” reception words Without any reason as to why. If I could give a ZERO star I would. Disgusting personality. Acted as if we were just a hassle to him the moment he walked in the room. Kept sighing the entire time. Made condescending remarks. Unkempt appearance. Will NEVER recommend this man to anyone.
I want to start by saying that the overall staff at this facility have been great—professional, helpful, and respectful. However, my experience with Dr. King was very disappointing. As a deaf individual, I rely on written or typed communication, especially when masks are worn. I informed Dr. King of this and asked him to write or type his responses. Very unhappy with the consultation for removing my sons wisdom teeth. It was rude, uninformative, and quite frankly the impression was, "Why are you here wasting my time."
