Go somewhere else!! Stay away! This office just gets worse and worse. I have been going here for over ten years, but over the past year, things have gone from bad to worse. The office staff is extremely rude, acting as if you are bothering them when you come in. They make you stand there, while they have the window closed and ignore you until they are done conversing with one another. Mrs Dr Ecker and Wendy Brian are the best and I completely trust them with my health issues. I have seen other Doctors at this office and they are good also. I never have a problem with the staff. Some people like to complain or they don't have their info with them. I would highly recommend this office.
Great Docs, Lousy Staff The doctors are really professional in this office. Sometimes there is a wait, but the docs spend a long time with their patients, so the wait is worth it. The doctors I have visited were all very thorough in their exams and had an excellent demeanor.
Do not recommend Wait is long and receptionists are rude. I would not recommend going here, unless you want to talk to the rude receptionist and wait for a lengthy period of time for your appointment.
go somewher else Don't go here! Office stuff is very rude and unprofessional. They mess up your billing and make you pay for it. I also had problem with office stuff calling me back with blood work results.
Love Dr Richardson, Office Staff is Awful I have been seeing Dr Richardson for over 3 years. She actually listens and spends time with her patients. She is extraordinarily thorough and I have been impressed by the quality of care I received. In fact, I moved out of the King of Prussia area last year and I still make the drive to see her. Wonderful Doctor.....Filthy Office The first impression was less than stellar. The office staff lost our forms that we had taken over earlier in the week. The office was dirty. Not just dirty but filthy. I floor look as if it has not been vacuumed and the toys available for the kids to play with were filthy and broken. I honestly do not believe anyone has very wiped down or cleaned the toys. I found my child walking around with two 1.5 inch screws. Where they came from....who knows. Worst Staff All the good reviews written on here are by the staff. These places don??t care about patients all they care about is money, money, money, I don??t know about the doctors but i hear they are good doctors. if they are they need to get rid of the people who answer the phone and schedule appointments. IT does not hurt to be nice to the patients when they call or schedule an appointment. best doc and nurse practioner and staff I have been going to Dr Ecker and Wendy Brian for years and though there has been some turn over at the front desk they all look like they are working hard and are always helpful Dr Ecker and Wendy give alot of time with me I never have a long wait but the times I am waiting the nurse has updated me on whats happening and the Dr and Wendy always say they are sorry for my wait I would recommend them to all my family and friends
