Went here last night because we have never been there before and figured we would give it a try. Besides the fact that we waited forever for someone to come to our table because the waitress said they were very busy. Let’s see there were 3 other tables besides ours and one other table keep getting up to see where their food was. I got the chicken Alfredo with pasta. Wow. Tried to call in an order for PICKUP and was told they weren’t taking ANY orders for ANYTHING until AFTER 6pm!! I know the super bowl is on tonight but some people don’t care about that and just wanted dinner! Even called in early, expected there to be a wait, but to NOT take my order at all?!! I called Angelo’s Pizza which is within walking distance of KOP and they had NO problem taking my order!! Guess who just lost a customer!!!
I've been a customer for over 40 years. First in Cherry Hill and for the past 20 years in Berlin. Their pizza is the best around. We always pick up or eat there. We have occasionally encountered a not so friendly employee but they don't last. Most are friendly and courteous. Did I mention the pizza was excellent!
Came here to leave a review and I’m really shocked. I was blown away by how nice the staff was. Talkative and friendly. Helped with the baby seat for me. Food was fast, order correct and delicious. We dined in and had a really nice time.
A friend had to wait over 3 hrs for their order that didn't show up until reordered. Not a good way to run a business!
3 hours to deliver pizza?! Really?! And the countless other mistakes on orders, absolutely rediculous, pizza should be on the house after all that!
