HORRIBLE customer service. So rude. Ladies stopped doing nails to FaceTime, would have NO conversation. Nails looked fair, but the service was just completely awful.
RecommendedWell they know how to give a good pedicures. Went in yesterday with my sister, niece and daughter and all four was able to get in the chairs at the same time and chat with each other. Everyone was pleased with her pedicure. nice clean atmosphere. Definitely would recommend!
I appreciate their skill and experience. However I find it unprofessional for the tech to have personal chit chat phone calls while performing a pedicure, I observed this activity on my last visit. Would be better received if technician would step away for personal calls.

Always so very friendly and professional!!! They always make sure that I love my nails before I leave and if not, they take time to change anything I may want. The owners are super nice and they genuinely care about their customer service!!! I have never had one issue, and will always continue to come back and recommend to friends and family!!!
I have been a customer of V&L for 6 years now. My whole family gets their nails done here, 4 generations of us now! I have never left unhappy and I think I've had my nails or toenails done by everyone who works there. They are all wonderful and I wouldn't go anywhere else in Cape/Jackson. This past weekend my two year old came in with me and Lynh painted her nails. I was worried that she wouldn't sit still, but Lynh was so patient with her.
