Experience from hell. Prepaid for parts, upon completion of service paid balance and car was released. Initially was very satisfied with work until I got a call over a month later from their accountant asking for nearly $400. They said there was a clerical error that they made over a month ago and that I now mysteriously owe them nearly $400. Person was completely unprofessional and called me with an almost mafia-like demeanor demanding me to "man up" and pay $400 from work that was finalized over a month ago. Not sure what ... read more
Placed an order 5 months ago and I'm still waiting, not once have they called or emailed me with any kind of updates on the order. Very disappointed in their customer service
