Purchased a new truck it was a great experience. This review is specifically for Chris Benner. I contacted Hagerstown Ford inquiring about purchasing the truck through the website. Not long after I was contacted by someone from King Motors who ended up handing me off to Chris. He was great through the whole process from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at this dealership. The staff was attentive, honest, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right car. They walked me through every detail, from features to financing, and made the process simple and transparent. No pressure, just great service. I highly recommend them for a smooth car-buying journey.
Stopped by on my way to work. 24 minutes later I was done my purchase and on my way. No stupid "I have to talk to my manager" and someone pressuring you to add a bunch of stuff on to the price of your car. Just good honest salesman.
