Why you are not doing service repair anymore
Mr. Neal always goes above and beyond to make sure my car is really good taken care of. He is the reason I go to that specific dealership to service my car.
Please hire more competent and professional service advisors and sale stuff....both at hyundai and mitsu locations.
Very bad customer service. I went there this morning for my 9am appointment and the man by the desk was so abrupt and rude. I definitely left feeling very unappreciated as a customer, definitely will not be doing any business with them at all.
