All you need to know about the business this man runs is this: I asked them to double check my insurance, Theresa said she did. Fast forward to them running out the clock on my benefits, and when I brought the paperwork in showing my correct insurance, she was very surprised. What a nightmare of a place. Dr. King clearly doesn’t stand behind his work, or his business.
Their website says voted best in Faulkner County, but what year? It isn't recent. Clever marketing.
Very friendly and professional staff. No waiting! They are always on time! Great cleaning!
Incompetent My teenage daughter . Had to have the work that Mr. King performed on her corrected by an oral surgeon and another dentist after complications arose. Effectively having to pay twice to have the work done correctly. Do yourself a favor and find a decent dentist to have the work performed right the first time. His prices are not that competitive. Also, he is not the best dentist in Faulkner County that he has self-proclaimed.
Kings family dental care staff is very friendly and Dr. King does excellent work and is great about making sure you're not in any pain. Highly recommended!
