Had a bridge done & then the bridge had to come out b/c the tooth connected to it needed a root canal. More $$$. Now a few yrs later it is throbbing. Called for an appt to get it checked & my appt was with a hygienist. The dentist never saw me. I get more X-rays done & was told nothing was wrong. Then I get ct X-rays done & was told the dentist will call in a few days. I was also told I should go to a root canal dentist. More $$$. I didn’t. I recently had major dental work done with Dr.King. I had a bridge replaced due to the need for a root canal below it. I was very nervous due to previous bad experiences with other dentists many years ago. Dr. King and his staff were very professional and provided me with everything I needed to get through the procedure and ease my anxiety. They offered me compassion, reassurance, and nitrous. Called to make my husband an appointment as he is a patient there and they stated that he needed to put money towards my balance (not his) in order to be seen for an emergency. Not quit sure how that is legal. his face is swollen and now he cant be seen. Guess we will be looking else where. I'm disappointed as i went there as a child and loved DR king.
Couldn't ask for a better experience. Had a root canal this morning. I was very nervous but I was in and out of there easy, peasy. Still have more work that has to be done but I'm not nearly as nervous. Cant say I'm looking forward to it but I know the results will be great and I know I'll be made as comfortable as one can expect. Thank you!
