Love King Medical! I am a nursing home administrator and needed to rent beds quickly for my facility over a holiday weekend. King Medical was ON IT and delivered the beds without any delay. I would highly recommend their services.
CPM machine was older than me. After a week of usage, in 2 areas wires started to frey. Used electrical tape. Bright and early called King to report and have equipment replaced. Spoke with Natalie 3 times. Last call she said technician would be here by 530pm. At 630pm still no tech. Called back spoke with after hours operator. Gave detailed message. NO CALLBACK!!! SO NOW PATIENT HASNT HAD EQUIPMENT FOR TWO DAYS. WHICH IS VERY MUCH NEEDED AFTER SURGERY. I will be contacting my insurance, they need to sever ties with King medi... read more
