I highly recommend this company for home services. Due to breakdown of my HVAC, I called several companies for emergency service, but King Mechanical was the 1st to call me back within minutes. Shaday was very helpful & knowlegable. Promised to call me back after speaking to tech & she did. Was able to secure an appt on next business day. The tech, Andre B. arrived on-time and went to work. Ignored my website contact request, but found the information I had submitted when I called a week later. Scheduled an appointment, but failed to put it on their calendar. They rescheduled me when I called, and a very knowledgeable and helpful technician came out to take a look at my AC problem. This company was assigned through our home warranty company. They did not call to set an appointment. I had to call them. I was also not informed i needed separate claims for upstairs and downstairs units. So only one unit was serviced. It was "fixed" by flipping the breaker. Other unit still does not work. So we have to have another company out to service it. 🙄

This company provides fast and efficient service. I was able to get a same day appointment to restore my heat pump within a couple of hours. The technician and the manager provided me with excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company to service any of your heating or air conditioning services.
