Great location with easy access to fantastic restaurants and shops.
A great place to live. The units in this building were thoughtfully designed and built and have been so enjoyable to live in. The property managers Scott and Dean are quick to respond and just all-around great.
This is a modern beautiful space! I couldn't be happier as a tenant. The management company is timely and so helpful. Dean gives exceptional customer service!! The building is in the heart of Bayview within walking distance of so many LOCAL restaurants, bars and shops. No need to second guess- this could be Home♥️
I've lived here for almost 9 months now in one of the one bedroom + workspace units. I'm beyond happy with it. Super high ceilings, concrete floors, all new appliances, and heated underground parking. You're right in the middle of BV and walking distance to a ton of great restaurants and bars and the Avalon theater.
