I really wish I would have read the reviews about their billing practices to start. Never spoke to my lawyer directly unless it was in the court room or the initial consultation. They charged me for sending me an updated bill, they charged for every phone call, email, AND VOICEMAIL sent or received. They called me to get information they already had in their paperwork and billed me for that too.
