My experience with them has been terrible. I should have handled my ticket myself. Repeat phone calls with promises to call me back but no one ever did. Apparently they lost my copy of my paper from my mechanic. They also dont seem to know who works for them. If they handle a ticket this way I sure wouldn't want them handling any other matter. Thinking I may need to just show up in court myself at this point I am afraid they wouldnt even show up. Feeling very frustrated.

This firm is very professional and they are absolute experts at ripping their clients off! They have any possible billing opportunity wired and will bill you down to the last staple they use on your case! I should have known better when you have to pay 50 bucks up front for the initial consultation with one of their lackeys. They have no concern of your case, because you know they have heard it all before, only concentration they provide is on not missing a possible billing opportunity.
