Why is it so hard to speak directly with an attorney at this office? I've called & emailed attorneys/paralegals for a week & still No Help! Im a creditor to one of your clients who filed in October but I was not made aware until late December. The client is still in my home after 60 days post filing. After my second round with king and king they are the most none professional impolite Law Firm In Atlanta . They are just another money hungry law firm in atlanta Georgia. You would expect to speak to a polite sympathetic lawyer but you get J#4A rude and brass. Didn't even ask me all of my sources of income but what threw me of by saying we cant help you ! Whatever you do do not pick this company and bunch of idiots with degrees! They'll take your money and give you the run around if you need anything else from them! Use at your own risk!!! Not helpful at all!
I like them in regards to getting the job done but as far as customer service and returning calls and emails I would give them 1 star. The receptionist is very rude and condescending and the attorneys are rude once they recieve payment. My car was repossed due to NO communication with the attorney even though I emailed, called, left numerous messages and also went to the office and was greeted with a rude attitude and as always, HE IS WITH A ClIENT. I came to King & King after being sued by a debt collector- which by the way is a pretty messed up event, especially if you don't know what to expect. My lawyer was super detailed and transparent about the entire process, remained cool and understanding about my situation. I highly recommend giving them a shout if you find yourself stuck in a situation where you need to get out of debt quick.
I just finished my bankruptcy case with King and King and I give them my highest recommendation. My case was difficult. I had other lawyers who told me I couldn't stay in business and do chapter 13 bankruptcy. My attorney was the first lawyer that came up with a plan that made sense and gave me confidence from the beginning. He was very helpful in getting me started, stayed on top of things and always got back to me when I called.
