Love the folks at King. The consultant Sosi always has a smile on her face and willing to help find the perfect item . Gary the owner is the jeweler master. He was able to fix mistakes another jeweler made to my wife's engagement ring and gave us a great deal on our wedding bands.I also went in there to get a custom made pendant for my wife and baby girl and they turned out great. Just gave him a picture and it came out amazing. Definitely recommend these guys. I tell everyone I know interested in jewelery to visit these guy... read more

I'm still in shock over how poorly I was treated. I was lied to, talked down to, and treated very disrespectfully over their mistake. It seems that once they had my money, good honest customer service was no longer a priority for them. I would absolutely not recommend this business to anyone. Take your hard-earned money to an honest jeweler.
