just nowNEW Was promised a rear hatch cover from salesman prior to sale. Mentioned this while talking to salesman and finance guy. Never received what was part of the deal. Fast forward. Having a problem with the car. Called and was told I would have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment. I asked about a loaner. They said "it will be a loaner or a rental". Can you imagine? I've had the car for about 1 month. You would think that they would try to get me in ASAP. Congratulations! I officially have buyers remorse!!!!

I called Hyundai – Deerfield Beach Thursday morning when I received a letter in the mail stating that my car had a fairly dangerous recall. my transmission would not go into gear. manager said will call w est. but its $ 150.00 diagnostic charge [their Porsche mechanics] not put towards bill. mang called said broken trany cable. $200.00 plus 6.5 hrs [not rebuilding trany just connecting a cable] to repair it @ $150/ hr. $1200+ bill. said your nuts. he said will close it up come get it. called back said were on the way he said i talked to manager n will reduce to $700 still said your nuts. got it done for 300 w cable. screw this place.
The internet sales group responded quickly to my inquiry and let me know that I would be dealing with Harry. Harry set up an appointment time to view the vehicle. Harry was professional and had the vehicle ready. Harry was able to make the deal happen and I purchased the car. Amine was also great, professional, and diligent in closing the deal at the finance office. This was by far one of my best experiences at a car dealership and it was largely due to Harry's and Amine's professionalism, attitude, and courtesy.
I just had my Sante Fe serviced at King Hyundai Carol Jones was the service advisor she was very helpful and professional I will be back for future needs
