Always helpful and professional. Never been disappointed. They have even had items available in stock that others in Battle Creek do not even carry or are able to order.

They had the walker I was looking for on site and I was able to leave with it that day rather than having to order it and wait. The staff was knowledgeable about my insurance options and also the equipment. The staff was also attentive and friendly! I would return for my home medical equipment needs.
