King Henry has been the premier student housing complex for BYU and UVU students for decades. Where other complexes build a concrete jungle to maximize density, KH has preserved it's open park-like feel. There's always something social going on at KH! It's all about getting to know your neighbors and maximizing your college social experience.

If your parents are paying for your housing in Provo, King Henry is a great option. If you're living on your own money and efforts, don't have a car, or have other things that might make you a liability to King Henry (ESA animals, etc) please THINK AGAIN about living here. They couldn't care less about their residents' wellbeing. I'm a good, respectful tenant and was threatened multiple times with eviction notices for minor issues that a private landlord might have been willing to discuss, but KH's manner of handling these i... read more
I have lived at king henry for two years. The first year was great and I had minimal issues. It appears they are under new management. I am not one to write reviews, however time and time again this new management has proven that they are unwilling to help their tenants. They seem to be much more interested in the money rather than the happiness, safety, and wellbeing of their tenants. They are near impossible to get ahold of and communicate with mixed messages. Rather than accepting the responsibility of their mistakes, the... read more
Upper management should focus more on helping out their tenants than making money off of them. Disappointed my stay at King Henry ended in lots of fees, confusing contracts, and lack of empathy from the owners of King Henry.
Sent me my deposit check—under the WRONG name to the WRONG address a year after it had expired. And it wasn’t because they had my address wrong they just completely botched it. So I didn’t get any kind of deposit and they will not answer any of my calls and are unwilling to work with me. Don’t live here.
Although King Henry has options for nice, private rooms, the management here is atrocious. I’ve been paying for amenities like a pool, hot tub, gym, and lounge area for a year and they have been shut down the entire time. Management is always rude and impossible to get ahold of. There are way better places in Provo to live than King Henry. If you’re thinking about living here, let me make it easy for you and don’t.
I lived at King Henry during the summer and wasn’t able to get a contract but now I am back and am so happy! I have loved living at King Henry.
