King is absolutely fantastic to work with! My heat went out so I called them at 8a and had a technician to my house around 9:30a same day. Ed, the tech, took his time to troubleshoot the issue and explained/showed everything to us throughly. It turns out that we need a new furnace, so same day, another team member came by to talk through our options for replacement. Derrick was very detailed in explaining the work needed and gave us a few different options. Highly recommend!!
As I told your representative that called earlier our original scheduled date was May 4th. We got a call yesterday morning at 8:46 am and asked if we could reschedule to yesterday between 9:00 and 1:00. We were just going out and I asked if she knew an approximate time and I thought she said he was on his way .So we stayed and waited. He arrived at about 1:00 pm. The young man was very nice. He explained what the problem was and how to resolve it.
