I came by King George Apartment Homes to check them out as a potential next place to live. After seeing just the grounds, FORGET ABOUT IT. This place seems to just be a dumping ground for reaidents' litter and trash. This place has what should be a beautiful, scenic trail that borders some truly lovely bodies of water. But all I noticed was the sheer amount of trash along the walk, in the parking kot, next to the dumpsters. I was disgusted. I have lived here 3 years and never had a problem getting in touch with the Manager. Now I have been calling for 2 days and get no response. On top of that my child had to sit outside for an hour because our door locks don't work since the pressure washing. The roof above my car is dropping stuff all over my car, the cable wire has been down for months so I can't pull up all the way. But besides all that I love the location and size of the apartment Thanks
