Needs TLC plus an elevator to be fixed. The elevator has been broken for approximately six months. I live on the forth floor, and dread coming home because I really don't like climbing all the stairs. All in all this place really needs a lot of work. The building is close to a hundred years old. With a little TLC It can once again be a beautiful place.

The building half way empty, they have few tenants with tons of roaches!! Beware and people love breaking into mailboxes stealing mail around tax time.. The management is poor on needs and wants they just collect rent “BE ADVISED DONT MOVED HERE”
