Matt Chadwick was my sales rep that came out to my house for a residential install and he was very professional and knowledgeable. Matt covered everything in a timely manner and was very easy to talk to even assisting on part of my install. Tj was my install rep. was lied to when installing a commercial door. installed intergrated pull chains on 2 doors then a solid chain on the 3rd. when I challenged them to give me the solid chain the answer was they came this way. ahh but wait a few years later they installed 2 larger doors in the same building and they had solid chains. again challenged as to why same crap answer.
