In March 2012 I had an accident with my Jetta 2009.I call my dealer to ask who is authorized repair shop for Volkswagen, and they recommend King Crash. I let them repair my car, and three weeks after I was taking my car back after repair. I was amazed, I almost couldn't believe it. My car was like brand new. I have used King Crash in the past for my personal auto and have referred my clients there numerous times. I'm an insurance agent, and all told I have probably sent close to a half-dozen people to King Crash in the last 2 years. In general, they do good work - and haven't had anything to complain about. Unfortunately I have a lot of experience in dealing with body shops. Me and the misses have had a run of bad luck lately. Between my truck getting stolen and the 5 accidents (none of which were our fault) we have dealt with a few body shops over the last four years. Two shops which were referred by my insurance and they did a horrible job. One place left sanding dust all over my interior, greasy finger prints, and power windows were not connected properly. NEVER in my life have I experienced such fast, knowledgeable, quick, efficient, and amazing body work EVER, until I went to King Crash! These guys are the absolute best up in my area, and I will continue to recommend them to all of my friends and family. I've been to many body shops over the years but having just moved here from NYC, I needed to find a new one. I brought my Porsche in to take care of some scratches that accumulated over the years and spoke to Ralph about it. He gave me a low and fair quote. Told me when the car was going to be ready and sure enough it was all washed up and ready to go when they said it would be. I will definitely return to Network Auto Body.

If you find yourself at King Crash for some reason, LEAVE. The owner Dave who is also affiliated with NAR towing & recovery is a thief,criminal, convict, jailbird... literally. He steels your money, claims he can save you deductible when in fact he simply buries it into the bill. An uneducated bunch this facility employees and it shows when you go and pick up your car after it's been fixed.

Coming home very late one day, I got rear-ended by some guy who ended up driving off. My damage was substantial, but mostly concentrated in the back of the car. The other guy's whole front of the car was totaled. Not even sure how he was able to drive off. Anyways, I took my car to several body shops for an estimate, but ended up coming to King Crash since they gave a fair estimate. Personalized, prompt service! My car looks brand new! Don't let insurance companies dictate where you get your car fixed. Go where someone will treat your car like it's their own! You have a choice. All of the reviews are right... King Crash is a first class operation. My M5 was stolen on April 1st and recovered two weeks later. While the thieves had it they broke the GPS antenna off the roof, which dented and scratched it. They also put scratches in the side and on the bumper, and had been smoking in the car. All of the repairs were done extremely well and you can't tell the difference from when it was new. They also detailed/cleaned the interior and were able to completely eliminate the smell of smoke.
