"Dave" the owner of this place is a verbally abusive person towards his employees. If he could get away with it towards customers, as he has in the past he would, but that isn't good for business. When you hear verbal abuse out of the owners mouth and directed towards employees being trained..t's not good. This is someone who can't handle his business in a professional way. I recently had an accident in Ramsey and NAR Towing who picked up my car recommended me to King Crash. I took the driver's advise and brought my car there and the owner Dave was able to give me an estimate within twenty minutes. He explained to me that since the accident wasn't my fault, he would help guide me to go through the other person's insurance company, rather than put it through my own insurance or have to pay out of pocket. I brought my 2012 Acura to king crash. I got a new windshield plus someone had hit my car. They re painted my car and removed all dents perfectly!. The windshield was a great price + great quality. Highly recommended!
I had my first accident after 19 years of driving and didnt know where to turn. King Crash picked me up and put me in a rental. The job was great and you cant tell anything ever happened.
King Crash does not take pride in their work. Sloppy job and poor customer service. Would no recommend for any work.

I recommend them highly. They make an unpleasant experience as pleasant as possible. The people there are very knowledgeable and friendly. They gave me a GREAT price to fix the dent in my door. They explained very thoroughly and in layman's terms exactly what they were going to do and kept me informed the whole way which I like. I got my car back in HALF the time some other places told me. I will be bringing my cars in the future here.
