Worst experience I've ever had with a repair shop. King Collision was recommended to me by a friend for body repair due to a hit and run on right front passenger side. They had my car for over 3 weeks, and I had to call for updates because no one even called to explain why the repairs were taking so long. When I finally picked up my car, the right front signal wasn't working because they reconnected it incorrectly, and the rubber seal around my passenger side window was loose and oddly crimped. They need to be more timely getting work done, and keep their word. They did not fix damage on my car that was specifically mentioned needing to be fixed, and took weeks to get my car back, after saying it would be ready 3 different times, and not once actually having it done on those dates.

Recently called KCR and requested purchase of tires. They checked the wear on my tires and had new ones for installation the next day. Service was great, price outstanding, and as promised.
