Welcome to a locally owned gym right here in Mount Vernon, Illinois. We are an All-Access facility offering Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, Bodybuilding, Strength and Conditioning, Group Strength training, and Personal Training. We are 24/7 access and no contracts. We are a family-focused gym with a kids playroom available so that your little ones can join you as well!

In town for work and the owner got me access quickly at a very fair price. Gym was very clean and equipment was so much better than a crumby chain gym.
Very responsive to purchase a day pass. Gym is exactly as advertised. Perfect powerlifting gym. Would certainly be a member if I lived in the area
Had the chance to drop on at King’s while visiting and they were so accommodating, a great facility and the flexible hours are the best!
Great gym! Stopped here traveling through Illinois and got a day pass for only $5.
