I requested a quote to purchase & install a “mini-split” A/C unit. Their technician, Josh, was at my home the next day & within an hr of arriving, he provided me a “soup-to-nuts” quote for the work using 4 different A/C units. Great job! Josh also explained the entire process, informed me of the differences in the units, & stood by to answer my questions. I’m still getting other quotes, but if this is any indication of “King Charles’ customer service, the decision will be pretty easy.

We woke up at 3 am to a loud bang outside which clearly came from our a/c - even worse than the timing was that it was during a run of 100+ degree days! Because we had had great 5 star service with King Charles installing our mini split I contacted Ryan and he arranged for one of his technicians to come out that same afternoon. It was diagnosed promptly as the compressor. They quickly found a replacement and by late the next afternoon we had a/c cooling our home again! I highly recommend Ryan and his crew!!

I recently had King Charles out for a yearly maintenance check of the HVAC system. The technician found 3 or 4 issues that needed attention. I was only in town for a short period of time, but Ryan was able to schedule the repair work the following day. It’s real piece of mind knowing everything was in good working order and the necessary work completed before returning home. The HVAV system is back in good repair and working perfectly. Thank you Ryan!!
