Beware: cockroaches, particularly on the 20th floor. Absolutely disgusting.
Common facilities are absolutely terrible. Elevators always not working along with several other issues. Would recommend to avoid this building. Warning to any renters. Utility bills are astronomical vs most other condos in the city. Previously paid $50/mth and was paying at least $175 and up to $250. Read all about Provident Energy Management. Also, my bet is that any positive review on this building are people trying to sell or rent their property. Read Reddit and do research before moving here.
My experience with this building management has been extremely disappointing. The management team, particularly Asmita and Arshpreet, has been unprofessional and unhelpful. In my experience, they seem more focused on sending unnecessary emails and infraction notices for than actually addressing residents’ concerns. They are expert in playing blame games. I think they changed their staff this year or there has been some kind of change somewhere. The building complex is getting really better with time.
