I think they changed their staff this year or there has been some kind of change somewhere. The building complex is getting really better with time.
Poor management and security services
The management is improving since last year. Good location to live.
They have the worst concierge service I have ever experienced in my life. They tell you one thing and then do the complete opposite behind your back. I was told I could temporarily park outside where everyone else parks. Five minutes later, I received a parking ticket—because they reported me for a “parking violation” right after telling me, “Yes, you can park there.”
While the city hit historic low temperatures, the building had no heat and thought a suitable solution would be to tell tenants to buy heaters or find their own alternate lodging for however many hours, days or weeks it would take them to solve the problem. Whoever’s call that was: shame on you. Any prospective tenants: this is what you have to look forward to! Astronomical utility bills, elevators going down constantly, there is always something going wrong here
